We have an affable team with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the energy and renewables industry, we have developed a range of maintenance and monitoring options allowing you to select the services which best suit your particular requirements. We can provide our maintenance and monitoring service even if Step Energy did not install your solar PV system.

We can monitor performance information from your Solar PV installation on a daily basis through the transmission of data from the PV system, meters and associated sensors (if present) to our energy monitoring platform, we also use this for in depth fault analysis.

We have access to engineers around the country based in our regional offices (Nottingham, Rugby, Wantage, Bristol, Southampton and Poole).
