Our Client Cinnamon Luxury Care engaged with our parent company Stepnell Group to build a new Luxury Residential Care Home at their Oakley Grange site in Warwick.

Step Energy were appointed to design and install a renewable energy scheme that would maximise the available pitched and flat roof areas, installing Solar PV during the main build programme reduced the risk associated with a retrofit option on a building finished to such a high standard.
85 415W roof mounted PV panels were installed on the pitched roof areas with a further 57 550W PV panels in ballasted arrays on the flat roof areas, combining 70Kw of inverters the 66.7kWp system is estimated to generate 60,080 kWh annually saving an estimated 11.62 tonnes of CO2 the equivalent of planting around 534 trees.
